REFUND POLICY — CORSABELLA


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@corsabella.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided upon return approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@corsabella.com.
