Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All Corsabella orders are carefully inspected and prepared within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days | Free on orders $150+ Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days | $15.00 Express Shipping — 1–2 business days | $25.00

All domestic shipments include full insurance and signature confirmation for your protection.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide to over 50 countries.

Standard International — 10–14 business days | $20.00 Express International — 5–7 business days | $40.00

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Corsabella is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Every Corsabella order includes full tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A confirmation email when your order has been dispatched
  • A real-time tracking link to monitor your delivery status
  • Delivery notifications as your package progresses

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Carrier disruptions or service interruptions
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • High-volume periods, including holidays and sale events

If your order is delayed beyond its estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately — we'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Every Corsabella shipment is fully insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of your expected delivery date
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. We'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
  4. Once resolved, we'll reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice

Your satisfaction is our priority. We handle all carrier issues so you never have to navigate the process alone.


Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to redirect packages in transit, but our team will work with the carrier to help resolve any delivery issues.


P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please allow additional time for military address deliveries.
